Deputy President William Ruto will on Thursday Night leave the Country for Vienna Austria to witness Eliud Kipchoge’s historic moment as the legendary marathoner takes part in the #INEOS159 Challenge.
“DP William Ruto heads to Vienna tonight to support and cheer Eliud Kipchoge as he runs the historical INEOS 1:59 challenge,” Confirmed Dennis Itumbi.
Kipchoge will be looking to beat the odds by becoming the first man on earth to run a marathon in less than 2 hours.
Ahead of the highly anticipated challenge, Kipchoge is full of positivity and confidence that he will beat the odds.
The final start time of the marathon will be confirmed tomorrow, Friday afternoon ahead of Saturday, 12, October when the marathon will take place.
“I am ready for the INEOS 1:59 Challenge. My training has been successful and I look forward to the Challenge ahead and showing the world that no human is limited,” Said Kipchoge upon landing in Vienna on Tuesday.
