Kenyan Champions Gor Mahia have today announced the resignation of long serving assistant Coach Zedekiah Otieno.
The Club, through Chairman Ambrose Rachier confirmed the reciept of Zico’s resignation letter on Friday 7th June 2019.
According to the letter, Zedekiah is out to take up new challenges elsewhere.
He thanked Gor for the massive opportunity they gave him even as the Club wished him well in all his future endeavours.
“We have accepted Zico’s resignation and thank him for his dedicated service. We wish him well in his future endeavors”, Said Club Chairman Ambrose Rachier.
” It has been a pleasure working with Zico, and on behalf of the team, we would like to wish him the very best in all his future endeavors”, the President added.
Zedekiah Otieno rejoined Gor Mahia technical team in 2017 and has been instrumental in the success of the team locally and in continental assignments.
Reports from different sections of the media indicate that Zico is headed to KCB Football Club where he is set to take over as head coach.
